How long will my order take to ship?
Our current lead time is between 2 to 5 weeks. All orders are handmade when the order is placed by this husband and wife team. We kindly request that you refrain from scheduling installations until you receive a tracking number for your order. It is important to note that we have other orders that require our attention and fulfillment as well.
PLEASE NOTE - Shelving brackets and large orders for kitchen can take additional time.
What is the difference between natural and polished brass?
Both of our brass options are unlacquered and will patina over time. Our Polished has a higher shine while the natural has a slight brushed look that will age into the warm brass color you see everywhere.

What is your return policy?
We will accept returns and exchanges on any order within 30 days from proof of delivery. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund. Returns will be processed within 5 business days of us receiving the order. Please package items properly when returning, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns.

Can you make a certain length for me?
Yes, we can make custom size items for most items including our picture rails.
PLEASE NOTE - Our cafe curtain rods and gallery shelf rail rods are only available in the sizes listed on the website and can be cut to size on site.
How do the hidden mounts for the curtain rods attach?
Each hidden mount includes a screw that is inserted into the base of the mount and screwed directly into the window casing. These are NOT tension mount curtain rods.
