It is important to note that we have other orders that require our attention and fulfillment as well.

What is your return policy?

Returns will be processed within 5 business days of us receiving the order. Please package items properly when returning, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns.

What is the difference between Natural & Polished Unlacquered Brass?

Both finishes are made from solid brass. The natural unlacquered finish does have a matte/brushed look. Our polished version is put through a longer cleaning process to achieve a glossier look.
